Welcome to the ProBerco Charity Auction!

TOGETHER, we are reaching beyond expectations to create opportunities for adults with disabilities living and working in Berks County. Proceeds from the auction will be used to support ProBerco in its mission to provide innovative supports for people with developmental disabilities. By providing housing solutions, training and employment opportunities individuals can experience greater independence in our community.
Want to Place a Bid in Our On-line Auction?
• Bidding opens on July 27 and closes on August 30th at 7 p.m. with extended bidding.
• All bids are to be made online. Bidders should register through the Ready Set Auction Platform to place bids.
• When placing a bid, Bidders will have the option to receive notifications for when you have been out-bid on a specific item. (Please check your junk folder for emails and unblock emails so you don’t miss any important communications regarding your bids.)
• Each item will have a minimum bid and bidding increments will be determined for each item.
• Look for “Buy it Now” markets. ProBerco may enter a Buy It Now price for certain items.
Extended End Time: At the 7 p.m. closing time on July 30th 2026 at 7 p.m. bidding may continue for auction items with active Bidders. After a bid is submitted, the item will remain available for bid up to 5 minutes after a bid is placed. After a minute of no bidding activity the item is considered sold. 
1. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” ProBerco has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made on this website, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
2. The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify amount of deduction.
3. Restaurant certificates do not include alcohol, tax, or gratuities unless specified.
4. Payment for items purchased must be made in full prior to receiving the item(s). ProBerco accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, or a check made payable to ProBerco.
5. Items may be picked up at ProBerco, located at 840 William Lane, Reading, PA 19604
6. ProBerco reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
7. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the date of the auction.
8. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from ProBerco, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

Auction Closes July 30th at 7pm.
With extended end times so as long as people are bidding it will remain open!
