New Board Members
 

The Board of Directors welcomed four new members to the Board in January 2008:


Keith E. Cleary is an Administrative Vice President with M&T Bank. He is the Northeast PA Regional Manager of Business and Professional Banking and leads a team of 25 Relationship Managers and Customer Service Reps who develop new business and serve the needs of existing customers. He has been in the Banking Industry for almost 20 years.

Keith relocated into the Berks area in 2003. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. He currently serves on the Board of the Berks County YMCA. He was the chair of the 2006 and 2007 Boy Scouts Golf Tournament. Keith resides in Sinking Spring with his wife Celeste and 8 year-old daughter, Victoria.


Patrick J. Dolan, AIA, is Vice President of Dolan Construction, Inc., based in Reading, PA, where he oversees daily operations of the company. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Previously Patrick was employed with Gensler, Architecture, Design & Planning Worldwide, in Washington DC. He later transferred with the same company to Denver, CO, as a project architect focused on construction administration.

Upon his return to the Reading area, Patrick has become an active member of the community. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors Keystone Chapter, Dayspring Homes, Inc., and Berks TalkLine. He is a graduate of Leadership Berks and remains active as a member of the committee for their Executive Series. He is also a member of the Greater Reading Young Professionals and the American Institute of Architects.


Kristen E. Snyder has been an emotional support teacher at Tulpehocken High School since 2006 and has been employed in the special education field for 11 years. She is a 1992 graduate of Oley Valley High School. Kristen received a BS in Special Education from Bloomsburg University and a M.Ed. in Technology in Education from Lesley University. After living in Myrtle Beach from 2001-2006, she returned to Fleetwood and Berks County with her fiancé, Kevin, to be closer to her family. Kristen is an active member of Maidencreek Church and is an assistant to the Youth Group leader. Kristen is the niece of Matt and Mark Snyder, program participants in Prospectus Berco’s Vocational Services program.


Michael D. Vind is Vice President of Financial Solutions, LLC. He manages the analytics department for the firm’s financial advisory unit and performs various aspects of debt analysis, projections, and budget planning. Mike had advised a number of local government and nonprofit clients in connection with several debt issuances and derivative products.

Mike previously served as an analyst for Access Financial Markets, a financial advisory and financial products company, and as a financial assistant for Public Financial Management. He received a BS in Business Administration/Finance from Drexel University and an MBA with a concentration in government/nonprofit from Alvernia College.

Mike is a coach for Wilson Age-Group swimming programs and currently resides in Sinking Spring with his wife and son.
